We offer a range of meter reading and surveying services including pre-installation surveys, off-cycle meter reading to resolve difficult meters and investigation of supplies to enable accounts to be correctly set up and accurately billed.
P J Keary has many years’ experience in providing Sales Maximisation services to Utility clients. This includes the identification of unbilled customers, property conversions, change of domestic/commercial use. Meter sizing etc
We provide leak detection services including Customer side leakage surveys and data logging
We can deploy technicians to attend customers’ properties in order to resolve common queries such as to locate their meter, stop tap or control valve, or to provide advice on water or energy efficiency measures for example. We can also undertake Customer satisfaction surveys on your behalf to measure the effectiveness of your campaigns.
We can provide Technicians to attend to common operational activities and to supplement the Utility’s own workforce in responding to seasonal peaks in demand. For example, this could involve supplying Network Service Technicians to a Water company.
We can assist you in mapping your assets utilising high-accuracy GPS or surveying the condition of your assets to assist in your maintenance / replacement programmes.
